September 1^st sees the commencement of Autumn- well meteorologically at least. If you are anything like me the onset of Autumn is a good excuse to go shopping for all things cosy! I like nothing more than shopping for rider wear and love poring over new season collections either online or at my favourite equestrian stores.

The launch of Equetech's Autumn/Winter 2017/18 Collection sees some old friends and some really exciting new designs. Classic navy and on trend mink feature heavily this season with high street fashion influencing many styles, creating a beautifully symbiotic collection. This year Equetech is tempting us with three different styles of jacket, two mid length and one longer length. New for this year is the Chartridge Waterproof Jacket, this mid length jacket is featured in the new on trend colour mink, combining high street influences with all the necessary practicalities for riding. The second mid length jacket which was first introduced last year but in black and proved incredibly popular is the Trilogy 3 in 1 Jacket and this year appears in a classic navy. Cleverly designed to be worn three ways, the Trilogy features an inner quilted jacket and a lightweight outer waterproof jacket. As the name suggests, the Trilogy inner or outer jackets can be worn on their own or zipped together to create a warm, waterproof completely versatile garment for all seasons. Customer favourite, the Rowant Long Quilted Jacket is the ultimate winter jacket in popular navy and elegant mink. Super warm with a zip to the back and a two way zip to the front to allow for riding this beautiful coat also features a detachable sumptuous faux fur trimmed hood. All three jackets have been designed not just for horse riding but are chic yet cosy garments for those standing on the side lines supporting or for those enjoying outdoor pursuits in the elements.

Renowned for our tweeds, we thought we'd add a different level of timeless sophistication with the introduction of the Tweed Poncho. These elegant tweed ponchos suit every shape as one size fits all. Available in either a green tweed with mulberry and gold overchecks or a brown tweed with cranberry overchecks, this beautiful and versatile poncho can be worn in many social situations, over a shirt, jumper or coat depending on the weather.

Customer favourite the Cable Knit Headband and Cable Knit Snood reappear this season in the subtle autumnal colours of mulberry and mocha, a classic navy, statement mauve, soft pink (juniors) and a winter dew. We have added a sumptuous, ultra soft new edition in the Metallic Knit Infinity Scarf and the Metallic Knit Headband, perfect for all outdoor pursuits.
